Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, has entered into a groundbreaking collaboration with Microsoft to co-create cutting-edge solutions harnessing the power of Infosys Topaz, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services. In this strategic partnership, Infosys and Microsoft are pooling their respective artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to develop AI-driven solutions that will revolutionize enterprise operations across diverse industries.

Infosys has been at the forefront of leveraging generative AI to enhance various enterprise functions, spanning industries such as semantic search, document summarization, contact center transformation, AI-augmented software development lifecycle (SDLC), and marketing content creation.
For instance, Infosys successfully assisted a prominent financial services company implement an AI-based solution for generating document summaries and enabling semantic search functionality using generative AI. This innovation led to automated document organization, significantly reducing workload and substantial productivity improvements for the company’s financial advisors.
Through this collaboration with Microsoft, Infosys Topaz will integrate Azure OpenAI Service and Azure Cognitive Services to augment its capabilities. The primary objective is to support enterprise customers in transitioning from traditional digital solutions to AI-driven alternatives.
