What is data strategy and governance?

Data governance is a subset of the data strategy, means when we make a data strategy for the organization, we also build a data governance system. Which means to make rules and policies on how to make the data secure, ensure its validation and providing the optimal & secure accessibility of the sensitive data in the organization. Whereas a data strategy is about the defining the complete picture of the data beginning from the extraction, processing, storage and finally deployment.
